What can I say about Sarga that will do it justice? I am an LMT of over 20 years. My focus has always been myofascial work and I’ve been using my feet as well as my hands and arms to do my work for the entire time I have been in practice. Sarga has TRANSFORMED my work. My clients prefer Sarga work over the other myofascial work I have done in the past hands down. Sarga work is probably 90% better and more effective than I thought it would be. If you are on the fence about learning this work, I can tell you I would not hesitate even if you are already extremely good at what you do. Linda is an amazing instructor. Her calm and patient manner is easy to be around and easy to learn from. This small group class is fun and engaging with lots of personal attention to make sure you are truly grasping what you are learning. Linda is an expert at what she does and I am so thankful I had the privilege and opportunity to learn Sarga work from her. She is passionate about teaching this work and helping others to excel and thrive.

Thank you so much for your incredible feedback! I'm overjoyed to hear how Sarga has transformed your practice and brought new levels of effectiveness to your myofascial work. It’s truly rewarding to see experienced practitioners like you embrace Sarga and witness its impact on your clients’ preferences. Your dedication to enhancing your skills is inspiring, and it was a privilege to guide you through this journey. Your words about the class and my teaching style mean so much to me. Creating a calm and nurturing learning environment is something I strive for, and I'm thrilled that it resonated with you. I’m deeply grateful for your kind words and for choosing to expand your repertoire with Sarga. I look forward to seeing how this transformative work continues to enrich your practice. Wishing you all the best in your continued success! With gratitude, Linda

This class is fantastic! I love the Sarga modality for its incredibly relaxing and therapeutic impacts. Practicing it has been a fun way to understand different body mechanisms as a practitioner while providing one if the highest quality massage experiences I’ve encountered. Linda is a phenomenal teacher. She’s relatable, patient, precise, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. She makes class both fun and accessible.

Beryl, thank you so much for this thoughtful review! I’m delighted to hear that you connected with both the Sarga Bodywork modality and the learning process. It’s wonderful to know that the class helped you explore the body’s mechanics in new ways while offering such deeply therapeutic work. Your curiosity and engagement in class truly stood out and made the experience richer for everyone. As someone who has worked on my precision and self talk, I’m so glad you found the approach both fun and accessible—it’s exactly the kind of environment I aim to create. Wishing you continued success and fulfillment as you integrate these techniques into your practice. I hope to see you often ᓚᘏᗢ With gratitude, Linda
