What’s included
- Sarga Tuition FeesSarga Bodywork tuition fees are included in every package. All Sarga equipment + tables are provided.
- Linen ServiceCotton Flannel Sheet Set + Face Cradle for each participant.
- All Sarga EquipmentInstructors will provide all classroom equipment necessary to practice; including 32” Earthlight Spirit tables specific for barefoot bodywork, all Sarga Bodywork hardware & silks, Myorub.

- AirfarePackages do not include airfare.
- Ground TransportationPackages do not include ground transportation.
- Food & BeveragesPackages do not include food & beverages throughout the class. There are many nearby restaurants to enjoy.
- Travel InsurancePackages do not include travel insurance.
- Sarga MerchandiseTuition costs does not include additional Sarga Merchandise. Merchandise is available for purchase after class with 10% student discount rate. Will be shipped priority flat rate.
- Indoor Spa SandalsBring 1-2 pair of clean rubber flip-flops or sandals to wear exclusively in the classroom for treatments. These should be made entirely of rubber, without fabric; non-porous for sanitary reasons.
- Laundry ServiceTable linens are provided and will be used for the duration of class. You have permission to launder your own linens if needed each day.
- Hand towelsPlease bring 2 clean hand towels per day for washing your feet before practicing in class.
- Personal Care ItemsPlease come with clean, pedicured feet every day of class (clipped and clean toenails and cuticles, filed calluses, etc.). On hand high quality foot file and clippers recommended for maintenance.
- Personal Sarga EquipmentPersonal Sarga Equipment and merchandise will be for sale at the end of the course.

A Transformative Experience!
I recently attended the Sarga 101 class at Vitality Therapeutic Massage and Yoga, and I can't say enough great things about it. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, welcoming, and deeply grounding.
Linda is absolutely awesome—her presence is both knowledgeable and nurturing. She guided the class with such clarity and ease, making sure each student felt supported, especially those of us new to the Sarga technique. Her passion for bodywork and her intuitive understanding of movement really shone through.
The class itself was a beautiful blend of learning and embodiment. Sarga 101 gave me a whole new appreciation for the power of foot-based fascial release and how effective this method can be. It was both therapeutic and invigorating, and I left feeling aligned, relaxed, and empowered.
If you're even remotely curious about Sarga or looking to deepen your massage practice in a meaningful way, I highly recommend this class—and especially with Linda. She's a gem in the world of bodywork and education.

Sarga training with Linda Caravia was hands down my favorite training ever. Linda creates a beautiful welcoming space to learn. She has a calm welcoming presence and is an expert at what she teaches. I appreciated the small class size which gives Linda time to answer any questions. If I got stuck or confused on any move she was right there to guide me through. I felt confident I would be able to certify after Sarga training with Linda!
